Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any Forjio product, service, or website (collectively, “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our Services. Forjio reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Description of Services

Forjio provides two categories of products:

• Forjio Engine — software-as-a-service tools accessible via web application. These are subscription or freemium products operated by Forjio.
• Forjio Studio — digital products (templates, icon packs, design kits, code libraries) sold as one-time purchases and delivered as downloadable files under the Mambo Cat brand.

Acceptable Use

You may use Forjio Services for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use our Services to transmit spam, malware, or any harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Forjio software or products
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute Forjio Services without explicit written permission
• Use our Services in a way that could damage, disable, or impair them

Accounts

Some Engine products require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We are not liable for losses resulting from compromised credentials.

Payments & Refunds

Engine products: Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown on the product site. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. No partial refunds for unused subscription time.

Studio products: Digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase. Because files are delivered instantly, we do not offer refunds once a download has been accessed. If you experience a problem with a product (missing files, corrupted download), contact hello@forjio.com and we will resolve it.

Intellectual Property

All content, code, and designs on forjio.com and within Forjio products are the intellectual property of Forjio, except where noted.

Studio product licences: Purchased Studio products are licensed, not sold. The licence included with each product (see product documentation) grants you rights to use the assets in your own projects, including commercial work. You may not resell, redistribute, or sub-license the assets themselves as standalone products.

Engine products: The software is proprietary. You may not copy, modify, or distribute Forjio Engine software.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Forjio products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind — express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forjio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising from your use of, or inability to use, our Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Forjio in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any Service at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination of an Engine product account, your data may be deleted after a 30-day grace period.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Forjio operates. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
